Appointment Options
Nourished Life Dietetics offers flexible appointment options to support clients across Australia.
Telehealth (Australia-wide) - secure video or phone
Sunshine Coast clients - Telehealth with local support options as needed
What to Expect
Your Appointment includes:
A comprehensive nutrition assessment
Review of medical history, symptoms, lifestyle, and goals
Evidenced-based recommendations tailored to your needs
A written plan or summary after your session
Collaborative communication with your healthcare team (if applicable)
Fees & Rebates
Medicare rebates are available with a GP Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCMP)
Private health rebates are available if you have private health insurance 'extras' that includes dietitian services
NDIS self-managed individuals are accepted
A full fee schedule is provided during the booking process. Fee's are required to be paid in full, you will receive an invoice with the relevant item codes to claim eligible rebates.
If you're unsure about rebates or referral pathways, feel free to reach out.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure availability for all clients, I kindly ask that you please provide 24 hours notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments may occur a fee.
