How I can help
I work with adults who are navigating with cancer, digestive issues, or fertility and reproductive health concerns. My focus is on practical, realistic advice that fits your body, your treatment, and your daily life. Whether you’re working with your oncologist, gastroenterologist, fertility clinic, or GP, or are simply looking for more support around your diet and wellbeing, I’m here to support you with compassionate, up‑to‑date nutrition guidance.
Cancer and its treatments can change appetite, taste, digestion, and energy levels. I'm here to help you feel as strong and as comfortable as possible during this time.
Together we can work on:
Managing side effects like nausea, diarrhoea, constipation, poor appetite and fatigue
Maintaining weight and strength during chemotherapy, radiotherapy, immunotherapy, and surgery
Eating well before major treatment or surgery to support healing
Rebuilding energy and rebuilding healthy eating habits after treatment
Personalised nutrition choices can help your body cope better, support your treatment, and help you feel more like yourself again. I work closely with oncology teams, surgeons, and cancer nurse coordinators, and welcome referrals from medical specialists for clients across all stages of cancer care.
I also provide guidance around enteral (tube‑fed) nutrition, where relevant.
Gastrointestinal conditions are disorders that affect the digestive tract, including the oesophagus, stomach, intestines, colon and rectum. I specialise in helping people with digestive problems find food patterns that feel gentler on their body.
I support you with:
IBD (Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis)
Functional gut disorders, reflux (GORD), hiatus hernia, Barrett’s oesophagus, and diverticular disease
Managing changes after bowel surgery, including colectomy, resection, or stoma procedures
Persistent constipation, diarrhoea, and food triggered symptoms.
Guidance around enteral (tube‑fed) nutrition, where relevant
You'll get clear, flexible meal ideas that work with your diagnosis, medications, and lifestyle. No extreme diets, just practical steps that feel achievable.
Nutrition can play a meaningful role in fertility and reproductive health for both women and men.
Whether you're trying to concieve naturally, going through fertility treatment, or planning for pregnancy after cancer, nutrition can play a supportive role in your journey.
I can help you with:
Pre-conception nutrition to support egg and sperm health
Fertility supportive eating when you have conditions like PCOS and/or endometriosis
Simple, evidenced based guidance for pregnancy: optimising nutrition for each trimester, managing nausea, reflux, nutrient deficiencies, and gestational diabetes
Postpartum nutrition, including breastfeeding and rebuilding your own health after birth
My aim is to help you feel nourished and confident in your food choices, no matter where you are on your reproductive health journey.
I welcome referrals from GPs, fertility specialists, obstetricians, and IVF clinics, and work within multidisciplinary care to support safe, individualised dietary recommendations.
Sometimes tube-fed (enteral) nutrition becomes part of your care when digestion or appetite is affected by illness, surgery, or complex medical conditions. I'm here to help make this part of your routine feel manageable and less overwhelming.
I can support you with:
Starting or adjusting to a tube-feeding regime: nasogastric (NG), gastrostomy (PEG), or jejunostomy (JEJ) feeds
Gradually bringing food back into your diet when it's safe to do so
Coordinating with your medical team so nutrition fits around your treatment and recovery
I'll help you understand your tube-feeding nutrition plan and feel more confident nourishing your body with tube-feeding. I work closely with medical teams, gastroenterologists, oncologists, speech pathologists, and tube feeding nurses.
If you are a medical specialist, GP, or allied health professional, I welcome referrals for clients requiring dedicated enteral feeding review within broader cancer, gastrointestinal, or post‑surgical care pathways.
If you're facing cancer treatment and you're worried about how it might affect your ability to have children, we can work together to support your body and your fertility goals as much as possible.
I'll help you with:
Nutrition advice before and after fertility-preserving treatments like egg or sperm freezing
Practical food choices to support egg and sperm health while you're going through or recovering from cancer treatment
Gentle, realistic guidance, if you're planning pregnancy after cancer or using assisted reproductive therapies.
This is about giving you small, meaningful ways to care for your body and your hopes for this future, woven into the bigger picture of your cancer care.
I welcome referrals from oncologists, fertility specialists, and IVF clinics, and work within multidisciplinary care teams.
